Siamo stati una sola giornata all'hotel e sono rimasto sorpreso per la cordialita' con cui siamo siamo stati accolti. Colazione e Cena buoni e abbondanti, con ampia possibilita' di scelta.Proprietari simpaticissimi.

Un “rifugio” incastonato tra i monti , dove la buona e sana cucina “di tutti i giorni “ , l’accoglienza informale e l’ambiente famigliare riescono a farti sentire a casa tua anche se sei distante km . Ottimo riferimento per pranzi di lavoro e pernottamento .

Personale ospitale e disponibile con il cuoco nonchè propritario che sa proporre piatti gustosi e mai pesanti, ricchi di sapori. Camere sempre pulite e con vista mozzafiato.

Immediately outside the tunnel that leads to Monte Rosa, on the right we find the Albergo Fior di Roccia. In the middle of the mountains but with an open view ahead. In classic Valle d'Aosta style, it has a large outdoor parking area and a rather large patio where you can enjoy the peace of the places, perhaps enjoying an excellent breakfast or lunch.The interior offers several separate areas, two dining rooms, one for hotel guests and one for outside, but there is also a large room that looks like a ballroom, with a large large screen.Being also a trattoria with typical specialties, it is a welcome destination for a stop even just for eating, low prices but more than abundant portions.As for the hotel part, I would say that it is one of the very rare times, if not the first, that I happen to be able to have a full breakfast at any time of the morning, given the kindness of the staff that does not create particular problems, only dinner, in a period like July when there are fewer people, it is mandatory at 19.30, then the kitchen closes, but it is a feature that we have also found in other places in the area.The environment is spacious, wood everywhere with absolutely themed decorations.The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, ordinary bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and shower. There is no lack of television.Be careful to keep the windows open in the evening because the micro fauna is always ready to visit you with nice moths or crickets.Cleaning is flawless.Unfortunately there is little network with the mobile, to use it it is better to be outside.Among other things, it has an eye for children as it has a small playground.Overall, also considering the low cost of the rooms, the home cooking even in desserts, with the classic and excellent apple pie for breakfast or dessert, I would say that it is worth stopping if you want a place to start and where it is easy orient yourself in the dark if you were to return.
